I love the body - how it moves and how it serves us in every day life. We take it for granted until it stops working. For me it’s about giving people their lives back. For some that’s competing in their next triathlon, for others it’s being able to walk to the shop on the corner.
But mostly I do it for the love of movement - that is what runs though my veins - movement.

Upon returning to London she worked as personal trainer at The Harbour Club in Chelsea. She then studied at London School of Sports Massage for a year and worked as a sports massage therapist alongside physios and other medical professionals at Third Space in Canary Wharf expanding her ability to contribute in the field of injury recovery.

She graduated with distinction and won an award for her MSc thesis which looked at the efficacy of research reporting in the area of pain.

She has worked as an MSK physio at Third Space Sports Med in Canary Wharf since 2020, catering to an atheletic population. She is a generalist, meaning she sees everything in her practice. She particularly likes prehab, post operative rehabilitation and working with runners and triathletes.

When she’s not working, you’ll find her at the art galleries or at the theatre, in the gym or out on a run. She also enjoys knitting and spending time with her beloved bengal cat Watson.
