When I first went to see KT I had been suffering with long standing pain all over my body for a number of years - a prolapsed disc in my lower back had been the start of it, I stopped participation in sports. I had a very limited range of movement, I couldn’t stand up straight and was in pain 24 hours a day, even lying in bed.
KT put in place a programme of exercises - they were basic at first as that was all I could manage, but always carefully focussed on specific movement patterns and specific muscle activation. The exercises then built up over time - every session introduced something new and was focussed on improved alignment, posture, and gradually building strength. It was challenging but I was getting noticeable stronger and experiencing less pain.
Fastforward and I am now able to do things I didn't think would have been possible. I can stand for long periods with no pain, I am able to run again, I am back playing golf pain free and with better rotation than I had even 20 years ago, and I am able to lift weights in the gym.
I thoroughly recommend KT. Her knowledge and attention to detail are amazing and the level of support and positivity she provides throughout the rehab process are inspiring.
