I had a second major knee dislocation and surgery and I had a desk job sitting 8-12 hours a day. My knee needed some serious rehab so I could et back to competitive kitesurfing, I also had a terrible upper back for 5 years.
Since working with KT my knee has never been stronger. Her exercise and her knowledge has got me back on the water kitesurfing and my back has never been better.
I’ve spent thousands on physiotherapy over the years but it was only short term solution. Using KT’s simple exercises fixed my back better than anything else (with almost no stretching!).
I’m now travelling, kitesurfing and working at a desk. I have a simple exercise routine and no bad back. Which means only 6 months. Training with KT will keep me pain free for a very long time.
